Mritunjay-Star Boy of Prayas Jahangirpuri

Prayas team is glad to share about the ostentatious success of Mritunjay, a boy from Prayas Home for Boys at Jahangirpuri, Delhi. He has scored 92 out of 100 marks in Social Studies with aggregate seventy percent (70%) marks in his 10th Board Examination. As his confidence is high he wants to perform better than this time in Senior Secondary Examination 2010. He needs an encouragement to bring the happiness for his family and society. He is very kind to Prayas that has given ample space to explore his talent. 

What we want to stress that Mritunjay is not only the sole example but there are many who are not getting a right platform at particular time. Last year some boys from Hanuman Mandir Center have also performed very well in their exams at their own without any tuitions and special coaching. We in Prayas feel proud of such boys & girls with us in our Prayas' Homes at Jahangirpuri & Tughlakabad. There are talented amongst our boys and girls who has no good educational environment and coming from backward communities. The boys like Mritunjay are the real heroes.
